This navy polka dot floral knee length kaftan features a V-neckline, half kimono sleeves which are cinched and a navy blue belt.  Note: photo has a matching belt which we have switched to a solid navy blue as it is more elegant.  Its combination of prints makes it perfect for casual activities like strolling around town, or for an elevated look on a date night with heels.
